Discuss working together

Close the gap in your coverage

When a ticket needs more than remote support.

01 /

No local engineer?

Request a technical resource near the customer site without maintaining your own presence in every location.

02 /

Need engineer backfill?

Discuss additional resources for planned absence, workload peaks or an unexpected gap in your team.

03 /

Scheduling a site visit?

Coordinate an agreed attendance window, task brief and remote contact for planned on-site work.

04 /

Rolling out across sites?

Bring a consistent runbook and completion format to a programme of installations or replacements.

A working relationship that fits

You keep the relationship. We support the delivery.

The delivery model is agreed before the assignment, including how the engineer introduces themselves and communicates with the customer.

  • Your ticket reference, runbook and approved scope
  • Agreed customer-facing communication and identification
  • A defined remote escalation contact
  • Completion notes, asset details and evidence in the agreed format
  • Commercial arrangements confirmed before dispatch

Working together

Practical answers for service teams.

Can you work under our service delivery process?

We can agree how requests, runbooks, communications and completion evidence fit your process. Any customer-facing presentation or white-label arrangement must be confirmed before attendance.

Do you take over our customer relationship?

The intended model is an on-site delivery extension. You retain the relationship, service ownership and remote technical direction, with responsibilities agreed for each engagement.

Can we send tickets through an integration?

The initial route is a scoped support request. Ticketing integrations, reporting formats and regular dispatch arrangements can be discussed; no existing platform integration is implied.

Can we agree SLAs for ongoing work?

Service levels, operating hours, pricing and escalation arrangements are commercial matters to be agreed separately. Website content does not create a response-time commitment.
